1. What is an Interview Note?
An interview note is a customizable collection of questions created to guide interviews effectively. You can design multiple interview note templates tailored to different roles or hiring processes.
2. Creating a New Interview Note Template

- Navigate to [Templates]
- Select [Interview notes]
- Click [+New interview note]
Note: Entries are not saved automatically. To save your work, click [Save changes] at the bottom-right of the screen.
2-1. Set Up General Settings

- Enter the template’s [Name]
- Add a [Description]
- Choose a stage from the dropdown under [Default template for stage]
2-2. Building the Interview Note Structure
Interview Notes are organized into sections, each containing a set of questions.
2-2-1. Adding a New Section

- Click [+Add new section]
- Enter the section’s name in [Section title]

- Click [+Add new question] at the bottom of the section
- Select the response type from the [Select] dropdown
- Fill out the question

- Next to the section you wish to delete, click [‥] and select [Delete]

3. Managing Your Interview Note Templates
3-1. Editing an Interview Note

- Navigate to Templates > Interview notes
- Click [‥] on the right side of a template and choose [Edit]
3-2. Duplicating an Interview Note

- Navigate to Templates > Interview notes
- Click [‥] on the right side of a template and choose [Copy]
3-3. Archiving an Interview Note

- Navigate to Templates > Interview notes
- Click [‥] on the right side of a template and choose [Archive]
3-4. Activating an Archived Interview Note

- Navigate to Templates > Interview notes
- Toggle [Archived] to show all archived templates
- Click [‥] on the template and choose [Activate]

- Click [‥] on the right side of a template and choose [Delete]
