1. What Is an Application Form?

When candidates apply for a job, they're prompted to complete an application form. You can customize which fields candidates need to fill out by adjusting the form settings under Templates.

 

2. Creating a New Application Form Template

    1. Click on [Templates] from the left navigation menu
    2. Click on [Application form]
    3. Click on [+ New application form]

Note: Input data is not saved automatically. To save, make sure to select [Save changes] at the bottom-right of the screen.

 

2-1. Create a Template

    1. Enter the template name in [Name]
    2. Enter the template description in [Description]

 

2-2. Set Up Template Elements

For each section, such as [General Information], [Career summary], [Experience], [Job], [Attachments], [Links and social networks], [Final comments], use the checkboxes [Visible] and [Required] to designate which fields need to be filled out by the candidate.

  • [Visible]: If active, this field will be shown on the application form.
  • [Required]: If active, this field will be required on the application form.

 

2-3. Add a Section to the Template

    1. Click [+ Add new section]
    2. Enter a section name in [Section title]
    3. Choose a response format from the dropdown
    4. Write your questions or comments to the candidate

2-4. Duplicate a Section

  • Click [‥] to the right of the section you want to duplicate, then select [Copy].

 

2-5. Delete a Section

  • Click [‥] to the right of the section name you want to delete, then select [Delete].

 

3. Managing Application Forms

3-1. Edit an Application Form

  • Select [Edit] from the [‥] menu to the right of the application form you want to edit.

 

3-2. Duplicate an Application Form

  • Select [Copy] from the [‥] menu to the right of the application form you want to duplicate.

 

3-3. Archive an Application Form

  • Select [Archive] from the [‥] menu to the right of the application form you want to archive.

 

3-4. Activate an Archived Application Form

  • Click [Archive] in Application form settings.
  • Select [Activate] from the [‥] menu to the right of the archived application form you want to activate.

 

3-5. Delete an Application Form

  • Click [Archive] in Application form settings
  • Select [Delete] from the [‥] menu to the right of the application form you want to delete.
