1. What is an Interview Plan?
An Interview Plan is a customizable sequence of steps that defines your hiring process from initial candidate communication to onboarding. It allows you to structure each phase of the recruitment journey, ensuring a consistent approach for all candidates. By saving different interview plans as templates, you can quickly apply the right process to each job.
2. Creating a New Interview Plan Template
Follow these steps to create any new template:

- Navigate to [Template]
- Click [Interview plans]
- Click [+Create new interview plan]
Note: Your changes will not be saved automatically. Click [Save changes] at the bottom right to save your progress.
2.1 Set General Settings

- Enter the template’s name in [Name]
- Enter a description in [Description]
2.2 Configure an Interview Plan
When creating a new interview plan, a few steps will automatically be added to the plan: Contacted, Document screening, Offer sent, Offer response, and Joined. Please note that these steps cannot be deleted from an interview plan.
2.3 Add Steps to an Interview Plan
To add additional steps other than the default steps, follow the instructions below:

- Click [+Add step] under the stage you wish to add a step to
- Select the type of step from the dropdown menu
2.4 Remove Steps from an Interview Plan

- Click the trash can icon next to the step you want to remove
3. Managing Interview Plan Templates
3.1 Edit a template

- Click [‥] > [Edit] next to the template you wish to edit
3.2 Duplicate a template

- Click [‥] > [Copy] next to the template you wish to duplicate
3.3 Archive a template

- Click [‥] > [Archive] next to the template you wish to archive
3.4 Activate an Archived template

- From the Interview plans page, toggle [Archived] to show currently archived templates
- To activate a template, click [‥] > [Activate]
3.5 Delete a template
- To delete a template, click [‥] > [Delete]
