1. Prevent Members from Viewing Their Candidate Profiles

When a candidate joins your company, you can prevent them from viewing their candidate profile when you register them as a member to Wantedly Hire. While adding the member, make sure to link their member profile to their candidate profile to prevent them from accessing their own profile and interview details. This information will become restricted to them regardless of the member's viewing permissions.

2. Link a Candidate's Profile

1. Click on your icon on the bottom-left corner of the home page
2. Click [Organization settings]
3. Click [Members]
4. Click the [••] next to the member you wish to edit
5. Check the box for [Link to a candidate profile]
6. In the search box, search and click on the candidate profile you wish to link the member to
7. Click [Save changes]

3. Unlink a Candidate's Profile

To unlink a candidate profile, uncheck the box for [Link to a candidate profile] or click the X mark to the right of the candidate's name, and click [Save changes].
