1. Overview

Resume parsing is a feature that automatically reads PDF and Word files such as resumes and CVs,
and automatically fills in candidate information such as education history, work experience, and job history.
This reduces the need for manual data entry when adding candidates.

 Note

To enable this feature, settings by the organization administrator are required.

 

2. Uploading a Resume File

When a file is uploaded, all previously manually entered information will be erased (overwritten).
Therefore, it is recommended to upload the file first, then enter or correct any missing information afterward.
 

2.1. Upload Procedure

1) Click [Candidates] > [Add Candidate +]

2) In the modal that appears, click the “Drag or Upload Resume” button or drag & drop the file

3) Once the file is selected, the upload will begin and upon completion, candidate information will be automatically filled in

4) Review and correct the information as needed, then click [Add New]


2.2. Canceling an Upload

You can also cancel during the upload process.
 

 Note

  • No other operations can be performed during upload.
  • Uploaded files are also saved as attachments to the candidate's profile.

    • Job Description (candidate list only)

    • Start Date, End Date
    • Currently Enrolled Flag

    • Qualifications (Date Acquired, Qualification Name)
    • Languages (Language Name, Proficiency Level)

The following items are not automatically filled in:

  • Candidate’s Profile Picture
  • Job Title, Step, Application Route
  • Credit Earners, Application Date
  • Adding to Talent Pool
  • Email Type
  • Attachments
  • Introduction Message (manual input required for agents)

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Q. The upload does not complete

A. Uploading can take anywhere from a few seconds to several tens of seconds.
During upload, a progress bar will be displayed, so please wait patiently.
You can cancel the upload during this time by clicking [×].

 

Q. The entered information is incorrect

A. Depending on the file condition and formatting, misrecognition may occur.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please review the information after processing and make corrections as necessary.

 

Q. What happens to the uploaded file?

A. The uploaded file is saved as an attachment to the candidate's profile.

 

Q. What happens if I upload a file when information has already been entered?

A. All existing information will be erased and overwritten.
We recommend uploading the file first when adding a candidate, then manually correcting the information afterward.
