1. About Office Calendar Integration

Once registered, this shared calendar acts as the source for sending Outlook Calendar invitations to both candidates and interviewers after an interview time has been finalized.

Please Note

If you connect a personal calendar, that individual will be listed as the meeting organizer on all invitations. We strongly recommend creating a shared email address (e.g., recruit@company.com) and setting up the calendar using that account instead.
