1. Important Notes on Disconnecting Microsoft 365

• Shared calendars configured in [ATS Settings] > [Outlook Calendar] will be reset.

• The "Invitation Source Calendar" registered in your Default Actions will be reset.

• If [Teams] was selected as the meeting type in your Default Actions, it will revert to [Face-to-face], and any meeting room reservations will be reset.

• Any Teams meeting URLs generated for interviews finalized before the disconnection will become invalid.

• Outlook calendar events created for interviews finalized before the disconnection will not be automatically deleted from the original Outlook calendar, even if you reschedule the interview after reconnecting.

2. Steps to Take After Reconnecting Microsoft 365

Please complete the following steps before attempting to schedule or adjust any interviews.

• Set up shared calendars

• Reconfigure the invitation source calendar for default actions
