1. About Google Workspace Integration

By integrating Wantedly Hire with Google Workspace, you can retrieve information from or edit events within Google Calendar.

 

2. Set-Up Google Workspace Integration

Note: Please inform our sales team if you wish to integrate with Google Workspace. Once we enter your company information into our database, we will contact you to proceed with the steps below:

 

Setup in Wantedly Hire:

    1. Click on your icon in the bottom left corner
    2. Select [Organization settings]
    3. Click [Integrations]
    4. Click [Connect] to the right of Google Workspace
    5. Enter the email address of your Google Workspace Administrator in [Administrator Account]
    6. Copy the Client ID and OAuth Scopes by clicking [Copy Text]

 

Steps in Google Workspace:

Reference: Control API access with domain-wide delegation

    1. Access the Google Workspace Admin Console
      You must be signed as a super administrator to proceed
    2. Navigate to Menu Icon (three horizontal lines) > Security > Access and Data Management > API Controls > Manage Domain-wide Delegation
    3. Click [Add new] and paste the copied Client ID and OAuth Scopes from step 6.
    4. Click [Authorize]

 

Final Step in Wantedly Hire:

    1. Click [Connect]

 

Once the integration is successful, a message will appear at the bottom right of the screen.
