1. What are Interview Kits?
The interview kit is a collection of essential information for conducting interviews, including candidate profiles and evaluation sheets.

Interview kits become accessible to interviewers once an interview schedule is confirmed for a candidate. You can access the kit from:

- [Home] > Click on [Fill out scorecard]
- Or from email notifications sent to interviewers
2. About Scorecards
The scorecard is used to document interview notes and evaluations of the candidate. Hiring managers rely on submitted scorecards to decide whether the candidate should proceed to the next stage.
2-1. Interview
This section includes questions set for each stage to assess candidates. Record the candidate’s responses here.
Note: This section appears only if questions were set on the job.
2-2. Criteria Scoring
Select the level or rating that best represents how the candidate meets the job requirements.
Note: This section appears only if criteria were set on the job.
2-3. Final Decision

- Skill level and interest level: Rate the candidate’s skill level (Low to High) and their level of interest in the role (Low to High).
- Final decision: Choose a rating for the candidate from “Does not meet criteria,” “Meets criteria,” “Exceeds criteria,” and “Far exceeds criteria.”
- Final decision details: Add a brief comment explaining the reasoning behind your decision.
2-4. Interview Notes

- Next Action: Select the suggested next step for the candidate following the interview.
- Interview notes: Add any additional comments to support the decision on whether the candidate should advance to the next stage.
3. How to Submit a Scorecard
Click [Submit] at the bottom right of the scorecard to finalize your scorecard.
