This guide provides an overview of each tab on a candidate’s page and the information you can review or update within each.

To Access the Candidate’s Page:

    1. Click the [Candidates] tab
    2. Select the relevant candidate
    3. Under [Jobs], choose the job to edit

 

1. Interview Plan Tab

Use this tab to track the candidate’s progress in the hiring process and manage any upcoming actions.

1.1. Interview Plan Steps

The Interview Plan and Default Actions configured during Job creation appear here.
You can view the candidate’s current step under [Status] on the right side, with the latest step displayed as [Current step].

1.2. How to Change a Candidate’s Step

To change a candidate’s step, click the blue [Change Step] button on the right side of the screen, then select the new step.

 

2. Scorecard Tab

The Scorecard allows interviewers to evaluate candidates after interviews or other assessments.

2.1. How to Submit a Scorecard

    • Method 1: Click the [Scorecard] tab, then click the [+ Add scorecard] button.
    • Method 2: From the candidate’s page, click the checklist icon to the left of the blue [Change step] button.

2.2. Scorecard Items Overview

    • Interview Notes (Displayed only if set during Job creation)
      This section shows recommended questions to ask the candidate. Record the candidate’s responses here.
    • Criteria scoring (Displayed only if set during Job creation)
      Rate the candidate’s traits, abilities, and skills based on hiring criteria.
    • Final decision
      • Interest level & Skill level: Assess the candidate’s skill level and interest level (Low to High).
      • Final decision: Select “Does not meet criteria,” “Meets criteria,” “Exceeds criteria,” or “Far exceeds criteria.”
      • Details: Add comments to support your decision on whether the candidate should proceed to the next step.
    • Interview Notes
      Record any notes here to share with other interviewers.
    • Next Action
      Select the next action for the candidate after the interview.

 

3. Comments Tab

Members with access rights to the candidate can freely post comments.
When posting a comment, check [Make private] to restrict viewing to users with access to private content.

 

4. Emails Tab

This tab displays the email history with the candidate.
