Map Imported Candidates to Jobs on Wantedly Hire

1. About Job Mapping Rules

You can map imported candidate information from external third-party platforms to jobs within Wantedly Hire.

2. Link Automatically Imported Jobs

To automatically map jobs imported from external platforms:

1. 1. Go to [ATS Settings]
   2. Select [Job mapping rules]
   3. Open the [Automatic imports] tab
   4. In the [Job title on Wantedly Hire] column, select which job to link the import to
   5. To turn on automatic imports for each linked listing, toggle the status to ON
      Note: If you toggle the switch to OFF, automatic imports will be paused temporarily.

3. Link CSV-Imported Jobs

To map jobs imported from CSV files:

1. 1. Go to [ATS Settings]
   2. Select [Job mapping rules]
   3. Open the [CSV imports] tab
   4. In the [Job title on Wantedly Hire] column, select which job to link the import to

4. Pausing Automatic Imports Temporarily

To temporarily stop automatic imports for any job:

1. 1. Go to [ATS Settings]
   2. Select [Job mapping rules]
   3. Open the [Automatic imports] tab
   4. Toggle the status to OFF for the listing(s) you would like to pause

5. Unlinking CSV-Imported Jobs

Note: Unlinking a job listing does not affect jobs or candidates that have already been imported.

1. 1. Go to [ATS Settings]
   2. Select [Job mapping rules]
   3. Open the [Automatic imports] tab
   4. Click the trash icon next to the job listing you would like to unlink
