1. Overview

Set up Wantedly Hire to automatically import candidate information from job media platforms like Wantedly Visit and Bizreach whenever applications are received. Once configured, candidate data will be imported automatically on the following schedule:

  • Wantedly Visit: Every 5 minutes
  • Bizreach: 4 times per day

If you own multiple company accounts within the third-party source, you can link multiple accounts to Wantedly Hire.

 

2. Import Candidate Information from Wantedly

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Click [Automatic imports]
  3. Click the [Manage] button to the right of Wantedly
  4. Click [+ Add Account]
    • For linking additional accounts, click [+ Link Another Account]
  5. Paste the API key issued in Wantedly Visit into the [Paste API Key Here] field
  6. Click [Connect]
    • Note: Importing candidates may take some time.
    • Once the import is complete, a notification will be sent to users with Admins, Hiring managers, and Coordinators prompting them to set job mapping rules.

After receiving the notification, access [ATS Settings] > [Job mapping rules]. Click the dropdown in the [Job title on Wantedly Hire] and select the relevant job in Wantedly Hire that you would like to map the imported job to.

 

3. Import Candidate Information from Bizreach

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Click [Automatic imports]
  3. Click the [Manage] button to the right of Bizreach
  4. Click [+ Add Account]
    • For linking additional accounts, click [+ Link Another Account]
  5. Enter the email address and password used for Bizreach login, then click [Connect]

 

4. Managing Account Integrations

4-1. Temporarily Pausing Imports

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Click [Automatic imports]
  3. Click the [Manage] button to the right of the recruitment media to disable
  4. Toggle the switch to OFF in the [Account] tab

4-2. Disconnecting an Integration

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Click [Automatic imports]
  3. Click the [Manage] button to the right of the recruitment media to disconnect
  4. Click the [Disconnect] button
