1. What Are End Process Reasons?

End process reasons allow you to standardize and manage why a candidate’s hiring process was ended by creating templates that pair categories (e.g., Not Hired, Declined Offer, Hired, Other) with specific reasons.

Examples:
Category: Candidate declined
Reason: Hired by another company

 

2. Adding an End Process Reason

Note: Changes are not saved automatically. Click [Save changes] in the bottom right corner to save your progress.

    1. Go to [ATS Settings]
    2. Select [End process reasons]
    3. Click [+Add reason]
    4. From the [Category] dropdown, select a category
    5. In the [Reason] field, enter the specific reason for ending the process
    6. Click [Save changes]

 

3. Editing an End Process Reason

    1. Next to the reason you want to edit, click [‥] > [Edit]

 

4. Deleting an End Process Reason

    1. Next to the reason you want to delete, click [‥] > [Delete]
