1. What are Sources?

Sources help you track where candidates applied from, what triggered their application, and which recruitment channels were used. Setting up sources enables more detailed analysis and insights.

Example:
Name: Rikunabi NEXT
Category: Third-party job site
Source Type: Inbound – Application, Outbound – Scout

 

2. Adding a Source

Note: Information will not be saved automatically. Click [Save changes] at the bottom right to save your progress.

    1. Go to [ATS Settings]
    2. Select [Sources]
    3. Click [+Add source]
    4. In [Name], enter the desired source name
    5. Select a category from the [Category] dropdown
    6. For [Type], select either [Inbound] or [Outbound]
    7. Click [Save changes]

 

3. Editing a Source

    1. Next to the source you want to edit, click [‥] > [Edit]

 

4. Deleting a Source

    1. Next to the source you want to delete, click [‥] > [Delete]
