1. What is the Criteria Scoring Scale?

The criteria scoring scale lets you customize a scoring system for your hiring criteria, with a selectable range from [2] to [10] to best suit your recruitment needs.

Example:
Hiring Criterion: Alignment with MVV (Mission, Vision, Values)

  • If you choose [3] → All hiring criteria will be evaluated on a 3-level scale
Score 1: Understands the company’s MVV
Score 2: Resonates with the MVV
Score 3: Can explain how they would contribute to realizing the MVV
  • If you choose [5] → All hiring criteria will be evaluated on a 5-level scale
Score 1: Does not understand the company’s MVV
Score 2: Has a limited understanding of the MVV
Score 3: Understands the company’s MVV
Score 4: Resonates with the MVV and can clearly articulate points of alignment
Score 5: Can articulate personal contributions toward realizing the MVV
