1. What is the Criteria Scoring Scale?
The criteria scoring scale lets you customize a scoring system for your hiring criteria, with a selectable range from [2] to [10] to best suit your recruitment needs.
Example:
Hiring Criterion: Alignment with MVV (Mission, Vision, Values)
- If you choose [3] → All hiring criteria will be evaluated on a 3-level scale
Score 1: Understands the company’s MVV
Score 2: Resonates with the MVV
Score 3: Can explain how they would contribute to realizing the MVV - If you choose [5] → All hiring criteria will be evaluated on a 5-level scale
Score 1: Does not understand the company’s MVV
Score 2: Has a limited understanding of the MVV
Score 3: Understands the company’s MVV
Score 4: Resonates with the MVV and can clearly articulate points of alignment
Score 5: Can articulate personal contributions toward realizing the MVV
2. Edit the Criteria Scoring Scale

- Go to [ATS Settings]
- Select [Criteria scoring scale]
- Select the maximum score for criteria
- Click [Save changes]
Note: Only scorecards created after the update will reflect the new scale when the criteria scoring scale is updated.
