1. What is a Question?

In Wantedly Hire, questions are prompts asked by interviewers to assess the qualities, abilities, or skills that candidates need to meet hiring criteria. You can freely create and manage these questions to suit your evaluation needs.

Example: To assess the hiring criteria of "Problem-Solving Abilities" and "Perseverance”, you might ask:

    • "Tell us about a recent challenge you faced and how you dealt with it."

      1. Click [ATS Settings]
      2. Click [Questions]
      3. Click [+ New question]
      4. Click the [Criteria] dropdown and select the criteria you’d like to link the question to (multiple selections are allowed)
          Example: Problem-solving
Note: If you have not yet decided on specific criteria to link, you may leave this field blank.
      5. Enter the question in [Question]
Example: "Please tell us about a recent challenge you faced and how you dealt with it."
      6. Click [Save changes]

3. Edit / Archive / Delete Created Questions

      1. Click [ATS Settings]
      2. Click [Questions]
      3. Click the [‥] button to the right of the question and select the desired action.

Deleting vs. Archiving

    • Selecting [Delete] removes the question permanently, and it cannot be restored.
    • Selecting [Archive] moves the question to the [Archived] tab, making it invisible when selecting questions corresponding to hiring criteria.
    • To unarchive a question, click the [‥] button to the right, select [Activate], and it will again appear as an option for your hiring criteria.
