1. What is a Career Page?

You can publish company details and job opening created on Wantedly Hire on your Career Page.

 

2. Steps to Create a Career Page

Note: Changes are not saved automatically. Click [Save changes] to save your progress.

2-1. Setting the Company Icon

  1. On the homepage, click your icon on the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click [Organization settings]
  3. Select [General]
  4. Click [Logo icon] and then [Upload image].
  5. Select an image to upload

Note: Company name, Company ID, and Company URL (the URL for the career page) are automatically set upon registration with Wantedly Hire. To make any changes, please contact our Support Team.

 

2-2. Setting the Cover Image

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Select [Career Page settings]
  3. Drag and drop the desired image into the [Cover image (JPG or PNG)] field
    • Recommended size: 820px x 312px, under 5MB.

 

2-3. Create a Company Description

  1. Click [ATS setting].
  2. Select [Career Page settings]
  3. In the [Body texet] field, enter the information you’d like to display on the career page
    • Examples: a message from the CEO, greetings, company mission, or business overview.

Text Formatting Options:

  • Bold text
  • Italic text
  • Headings with larger text (size: H1 > H2)
  • Numbered lists: 1, 2, 3…
  • Bullet points
  • Insert links
  • Embed URLs from supported sources:
    • YouTube (shared link)
    • Vimeo (shared link)
    • SlideShare, SpeakerDeck, Google Slides (embed script only)
  • Insert images

 

2-4. Create a Company Overview

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Select [Company overview]
  3. Enter values for [Company name], [Founded], [CEO], [Industry], [Capital], and [Number of employees]
  4. To change the [Office location], click [Manage locations]
  5. Enter details in [Company overview]

To add additional items, click [+Add free form area] and enter custom content

 

2-5. Setting the Privacy Policy URL

  1. Click [ATS settings]
  2. Select [Career page settings]
  3. In the [Privacy policy URL] field, enter the privacy policy link that candidates will be required to agree to when submitting an aplpication

 

2-6. Adding Links to External Sites

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Select [Career page settings]
  3. Click [+Add link]
  4. Click [Select type] and choose from the following options:
    • Wantedly page
    • Corporate website
    • X (formerly Twitter)
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Dribbble
    • GitHub
  5. Enter the desired [URL] for the selected site.

 

2-7. Setting Filters for Job Search

2-7-1. About Job Filters

When you click [Show all jobs] at the bottom of the career page, candidates will be able to view all of your published openings on Wantedly Hire. Allow candidates to filter openings based on select filter types.

2-7-2. Filter Setup
  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Select [Career page settings]
  3. In [Job filters], select any of the following options to show filtering options on the career page:
    • Department
    • Position
    • Office location
    • Experience level
    • Employment type

 

2-8. Set Publication Status

  1. Click [ATS Settings]
  2. Select [Career page settings]
  3. Under [Career page status], toggle the job between published and unpublished

Note: If you change the publication status from ON to OFF, the career page will be inaccessible via the URL. However, if the site was indexed by search engines before being unpublished, it may take time for the page to be removed from search results.
